The most popular sport in the Sub-Continent has a multitude of fans at St. Andrews School. Cricket has and always will enjoy a prominent position in the sporting history of the school. Due to the popularity of the game, the school fields two teams A & B to provide more youngsters with the necessary exposure. Each year, the boys' team participates in a number of league tournaments, and for eight successive years, the school team has dominated the league table. The cricket programme has produced a number of talented cricketers, who have gone on to achieve laurels at the state, regional, national and international levels.

Louis Emanuel Premier League
Due to the popularity of cricket amongst youngsters, the Louis Emanuel Tournament was conceptualised by St. Andrews School in 1995. In 2011, the tournament was re-launched as the Louis Emanuel Premier League – LEPL. The LEPL is a Twenty20 Cricket Championship for schools in the twin cities. This tournament provides a perfect opportunity and platform for budding cricketers to showcase their talent, skill and loyalty to their school.
