The Application form with Prospectus can be had from the school administrative office.
The following enclosures to be submitted on or before the closing date:

- The filled in application form.
- One passport size picture of the child.
- One self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Photocopy and Original of the child's birth certificate. Original will be returned
after verification.
- On receipt of the completed application an interview / entrance test will be scheduled.
- Original Transfer Certificate (for admission into Class I and above).
- Caste Certificate, if applicable.
