Once you come to pick up a form, you take a copy of a numbered admission form and
a copy of the school prospectus.
You need to submit the following at the office before the last date mentioned:

- The filled in application form.
- One passport size picture of the child.
- One self-addressed stamped envelope.
- Photo copy of the child's birth certificate (you also have to bring the original
along with you for verification when you submit the form).
- Original Transfer Certificate (for admission into Class I and above).
- Caste Certificate, if applicable.

After you submit the form you are given a date and a time when you and your child
have to come for the interview/entrance test.
